Pima County Repubs Raffle Glock As Fundraiser; Same Gun Type Used In Tucson Shooting

1) It wasn't a mosque, it was an Islamic community center.



2) It wasn't located at Ground Zero.



3) There was a mosque on the 17th Floor of the South Tower.



4) I think there's some kind of amendment thingy that has something to do with freedom to practice religion.



5) It wasn't "Muslims" who crashed planes into WTC. It was extremists­, terrorists­. Lunatics. Was it a Christian who shot all those progressiv­e students in Norway? Or was it a lunatic? Is the assassin of Dr. George Tiller a Christian? Or is he a lunatic?



You imply that having a mosque (which it wasn't) near WTC ruins is somehow inherently offensive. Well, it's only offensive to people who can't comprehend exactly what America is all about. You want to call yourself a patriot? Then tolerate and appreciate your fellow Americans. I'm no hypocrite. I just know when outrage is appropriat­e and when it isn't. I understand WHY people are outraged over WTC. But I also understand why Westboro Baptist Church protests at military funerals. Doesn't mean I have to approve of and/or endorse and/or support said actions.
